After 30 years with craft and now 12 with commercial food sanitation, what do you consider success in in those rolls? And, you know, what kind of keeps you going after spending forty two years in the industry? Well, so someof, some of the things that really excite me are like training and having people realize their potential. I also started a certified food sanitarian programme, which was kind of neat because it was, i almost took like a ten months to get through.
