How Do Influencers Get Paid?

i think the makro trend is, at overtime, every brand in the world will do some form of crater management, influence or marketing. So digily native brands like fablettix, warby parker all birds a lot of those household brands that are highly disruptive and super high growers, they out of direct partnerships with creators. How do these influencers get paid? And then what is the law around and the regulatory environment? How is that shaping up?
