As soon as te clip is stapled, the hemodynomics change, the after load is increased, and the patient can spiro down rapidly. And now the ventricle has to push against the high pressure raortic system. So it's very important to keep an eye on that. Any of these things could go wrong and lead to emergent cardiac surgery. I imagined this can only be done at a centre where you have cardiac surgeons available in case that need arises. Is that right? Yes, yes, correct.
