The self critique I have of myself is I'm distracted to the point of procrastination and lack of prioritization. The reframe is I'm creative and always think of new ideas. This can be maximized if I find a great operator. All right, what's the next one? Okay, number two, the belief is you must be a horse with blinders maintaining deep focus for a long time. And again, maybe some of it comes back to like we're always anchoring based off of other people.
