A 10 year old that is equivalent to an average 12 year old, none of that actually violates any theory I'm aware of it doesn't violate universal expunorship. In theory we can measure amounts of knowledge, we have something called information theory it exists, it's real. We can measure the amount of information that exists now but this is a totally soluble problem at some time.
