Coaches, You Know, You Have a Rational for Everything You Do
The vast majority of coaches do, but they just don't probably realize it. They're influenced by their education upbringing which is rooted in cognitive psychology. Their beliefs are replications of societa norms that have been created over a period of so an alternative explanation or an alternative is presented and pooh pooed as being too out there for me. Medicinerightani: "If people are open to discussion, instead of just dismissing some things that people say, ask for elaboration, ask for resources"
