Adapting a Complex System of a Sports Organization
It's tempting with a lot of organizations to think that there's some sort of magic dust around the cornice all, if we just get the right coats. But it's not really, and i guess it goes back to that point about the department of methodology. It provides a conceptual framework. Sometimes a certain change doesn't lead to much of a transitiono, system, sometimes the same change can lead to a whole different ecome.
