What's Happening in the US Prison System?

There's something that stayed with me to this day. I remember even when I read it It was like some California prison newsletter and I couldn't help but think that said this man faces an incredibly short life And when he dies it will be called an accident and they'll laugh it off  and there will be no inquiry into his death No one will ask about it unless maybe a couple of his family members They'll be stonewalled.
