We color-coded based on the teams that were touching or if it was an automation. We did the gampa walk which is lean terminology which is walking the process and then we identify those three categories which are value add activities, non-value adding but necessary because they add value to the business and then non-value Adding activities all right. You don't need a software for this obviously this looks like this looks extremely non-tech okay yeah it's not you can do it on Lucie's chart or one of those other apps.
