Carl's Disappearance From My Inbox

On Christmas Day of 2015, I heard something rather chilling on the news. A woman's body had been found at a hotel in Hartford shire. The very place Carl had promised to take me on the date that didn't happen. Shortly after that he stopped replying to my messages and I figured he just moved on to a girl whose time frame was more hair than tortoise I suppose. But in reality, his sudden disappearance from my inbox was probably one of the best things to happen in the years.
