JK Rowling's Rhetoric Is a Danger to Trans People
JK Rowling is constantly accused of being a danger to trans people putting their lives at risk by her rhetoric. Anyone who defends trans rights in the UK is instantly called misogynistic, she says. She tried to prevent that debate by threatening to destroy the school financially and forcing them to abandon the views that they held as the only way that they could engage in self-preservation. The other example that I'd rather avoid because I actually feel conflicted about it since I was the one responsible bringing it to public life has been Barry Weiss.
