This is a point of issue that runs counter to the idea of unity because at the moment there are some European countries saying, look, we would be ready in principle. To provide these F-16 warplanes, the Americans hold the key to this. And if the Europeans cannot give these weapons to Ukraine, unless the Americans give the say so. But as we've seen throughout this war, there's always a little bit of a diplomatic dance.
