If there is evidence of a cole doco lathiasis or active colangitis, then yes, they would need an r c p. But if there's just a pancretitis, there's no roll forr c p. So you initially manage them enometically to cool off their pancrytitus. How do you want to time their colisustec? To me, it's generally recommended, and i think the abset ants will be during that same hospitalization.
