The Playmaker Mind Set

The playmaker mind set is all about creating the environment for whatever magic is going to transpire. What i did as i combined the idea of improvisation with the process of designed thinking. The problem with the problem finding is that it was all designed by engineers, and so it's really smart. It's just alittle tough to get into, right? There's not some magic door that you can walk in and start speaking engineer. So the playmakers mind set really is about creating a fun way for people to utilize this process and become engagedreally create that ensample that team where they work.
