Rich and Glenn, your kids are a lot older than 13 and eight. I was just curious for pastors who have younger children if you have any habits that were helpful in that season of ministry. Rich: "The most important thing is to have lots of self compassion for these moments" Glenn: "I think the story of scripture comes to mind with a little bread, a little bit of fish, and that can go a long way in the presence of God"
