The last thing that we want to do is have some big dream and then sacrifice all of our well-being to get it. We want to make sure that that goal is ecological, that it's congruent with us and that we are serving the highest good of ourselves and those around us. The next one is a, a is to align your intentions. This is how we get the emotional juice flowing so that we're actually able to have the energy and the fuel to pursue that goal and stay consistent on our path. And lastly, for dream is the M which is what is called meaningful milestones.
