The Panic About Monk Parakeets

Monk parakeets are a very feisty species. They tend to fight a lot and they seem to be throwing a lot of brain power at these fights. The main government guy behind the parakeet campaign couldn't let it go. He just kept pushing it. We still need to kill them all. Even years later, when just about everyone else had moved on, his boss told him to give it a rest.
