CVDC in Florida: Will It Fly With Revisions to the UCC?

Ron DeSantis says he would veto a bill to allow the use of CVDC in Florida. He also said that any effort to adopt a worldwide digital currency will never occur in the free state of Florida. This is big because you have a lot of states trying to figure out how to protect financial freedom, and now all those states are suddenly going to get political permission to go.
