The Effects of Rice on Lactate Levels

During this period, I had a mild degree of paradoxical post perennial ketogenesis that is abnormal. On the other hand, it appears to only manifest after fasting for 18 hours. My secondary out point from trial, secondary end point from trial one was whether rice suppressed my lactate. So this trial also allowed me to make a randomized comparison between 30 grams of carbs from white rice and continued fasting. There's a trend towards a decrease with rice, which is shown in blue, and an increase with continued fasting should be read.
