Access to Housing Without Money or Voice Credits?

The way we get access to things is mostly not private. Most of what creates the value of my apartment is that it's so well connected to new york city by public transportation, which is a public good in a town maintained by a city. And ultimately, what we want is not access to housing, we want access to housing near a city. Thatso and how would we kind of provision access to, or how would people get access to without money, and with voice credits? Are you thinking involved in that process?
