I think change is very uncomfortable. Our brain, for example, loves to predict what's going to happen next. The more and more that happens, the more drained of energy we really get. And ultimately over time, that can lead to really serious health consequences in terms of anxiety and depression. Do we need to sort of accept that in order to be able to then move on and change things? Absolutely.
