Pressure treated lumber usually means that chemical preservatives are jammed into the wood at high pressure and depending on your country's regulations it can have all kinds of stuff in it to keep away rot and rats and pests. Look for stamps on the wood and definitely avoid stuff that is stamped with an MB that stands for methyl bromide which is a pesticide and also toxic.
