The Rise and Fall of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
On April 5th, it was reported by CNN and Politico that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had filed the necessary paperwork to run for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. A few days later, Kennedy took to Twitter to invite his followers to donate $24 toward his 2024 campaign, which he said would officially announce on April 19th at an event in the Boston Park Plaza. His turn into being a prominent anti-vax activist began in 2005, about 20 years into an accomplished career as an environmental lawyer and an adjunct professor at a New York law school. RFK's vaccine misinformation has led directly to dangerous measles outbreaks in Samoa, Minnesota, and Brooklyn, New York.
