God and the Pandemic
Paul describes a new heaven and earth reality in which Jesus is the Lord who is going to put everything right. As a result they are living as a new sort of people one of my favorite moments was when Paul and Barnabas go to Jerusalem with the money that they've decided to take to the Jerusalem church because they're likely to be suffering for all sorts of reasons. The pandemic was a nice excuse to go for that I said hang on there's a famine across the whole known world which Agabus says is going to happen at the end of Acts chapter 11. They don't play the blame game they say who's going to be most at risk what can we do to help and
