Katherine imagined these virous lego blocks settling down on a planet or a moon like a bottle washing up unto ashore, waiting for some one to open it. So how would an astro vyrologist go about looking for viruses? On another planet like could we get our rovers on mars to do that? Unfortunately, the rovers working on mars right now don't have the right tools on board. It would be very difficult for them to detect viruses. She wants to build those tools.
