The Decoding Fallacy
The decoding fallacies e tied nicely into thexample. It's this reminder to ourselves not to over interpret what we do. So as i just said, from that example in in the rati prif on the cortex, we could decode, using the machine learning tonix, usingle oly classifiers, what the animal had just experienced. But it doesn't tell us there. All it tells us is that there is something being incloded in the brain that correlates with these properties. Equally, whats actually included in the brain is not specifical these features. The fact that having gone left is different from having gone right isn't an explicit incoding of a particular feature
