The Freedom to Speak Up Guardian
Every trust in england has at least one freedom to speak up guardian. An independent role which acts as an interface between the work force and the board. You can approach a freedom to speaking up guardian anonymously, or asking to be a confident a so that no one else knows who you are. And they will thank you for speaking up. They'll listen to you, and they'll preserve your confidentiality if they can.
