A lot of agencies over the next few years will go bust. A lot of their staff will go in-house and there will be problems. But that doesn't necessarily mean that agencies in general will stop. I think we're doing better work, more interesting work with more interesting companies than we have ever done before. It's all about the approach you have as an agency.
