In chicago, for example, you have a house in a crime ritn iner city and then you have one an a suburb somewhere which has a much lor a crime re ti. The aspanic neighborhood is wa lower crime, but the physical characteristics of the home are the same. That's really where you're getting identification in the statistics. Buti if there's strong social, sort of a pressure towards e segregation between the the raceis you might just be, they might just be independent markets, right?
