I don't go to the gim but i do a five minute strength work out every day, and i probably haven't missed a day an maybe three years or so. That is not because i'm more motivate than anyone else. It's because i understand the rules of human behavior. You've got to make it easy. Number two, stick it on to n existing habit. This is why i never miss a workout, because five minutes.
