The Virgin Is a Symbol of Modernism
It's quite an eccentric piece in its time i mean it was an age of eccentric bits but i feel like this project which is which in some way kind of diagnosis the ambiguous position of these types of modernistic spiritually infused sort of sculptural masterworks. It makes very resonant and has and very kind of effective the journey through baptism into the community of the church but then it's marooned on a traffic island. Even in 1963 even in 1963 its best days are almost behind it at the moment that it's completed why do you want to be there?
