The Truth and Reconciliation Commission that was implemented in April 2009 by the then Prime Minister, we see assistance of Archbishop Desmond Tutu who visited the Solomon Islands. They did do some reconciliation, but it wasn't wide enough. In May, June 2009, the Australian government kindly provided $40 million additional money for administrative funds. And a part of those administrative funds, $5 million of it was for reconciliation. What happened? I think it became too hard.
