Women in the Workplace

i think actually a lot of the people who have left will come back to traditionl work, except that there is no traditional work any more. The values that will become important are going to be values that are just more feminine, actually. But they're going to be around understanding and perceiving how people are feeling and what need in order to thrive in the workplace. And i think that's actually a model in which the women that i know, and men too, who embrace sampathy and compassion and lead with a sense of what it means to be human, are going to thrive in at hopspot.
