New Airport Construction at Berlin Airport
Even with b e r still unfinished, berlin is already planning three new major airport construction projects. The politicians who fail to properly manage the construction of b e r don't trust it enough to use it themselves. They're now building not one, but two terminals for themselves. One is temporary, costing 80 million uro and meant to last five years. A second permanent, government terminal will open in 20 21 at an expected cost of 310 million uro Building work is expected to cause disruptions at schernefield and cause aircraft to take a longer taxi route.
