Do You Think This Report Should Be Written by Grand Jurors?
CNN's John Sutter asks his co-hosts if they're relieved that the report may have been written by grand jurors. "There is this communicative or expressive value to a group of just regular citizens in Fulton County coming together," he says. But, on the other hand, it could be used as evidence for an ongoing criminal investigation and there are questions about how much legal expertise will be present. 'It would be very hard to find a juror who has not at least been aware of what comes out from this report,' writes Sutter.
