CNN's Caitlin Polance reveals a secret court proceeding to gain access to Congressman Scott Perry's text messages, which could be significant because he wasn't touched with then White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows about various election conspiracies. Cohen: What we know is that there is an underseal court proceeding after Perry's cell phone was seized in August at proceeding that went confidential. We don't know how it was resolved, but it is one of those proceedings where just from prosecutors want to get data.
