Vodalis and Cevarian

Cevarian tries to serve his nature as a torturer but doesn't do a good job of it. He gets embroiled in conspiracy and he literally gets pulled into Vodalis's court which then is disillusioned. So until he can at such a point come completely over to Vodalis aside which we get in impression he will only do a Vodalis can give him what he's getting out of being a torturer the prestige and the respect that he's some kind of personification of justice.
