The OCCPs' Response to the OTT Industry Warnings
The OTT industry is very alarmed by these requirements not least because of the cost it would entail. They are working in less public ways to fight back against this there are two major camps and both of these camps have foreign and domestic quantities on their side one side is right now more amenable to saying okay we need to explain our point of view or say okay we have so much international content how do we practically do this within three months. The other side is mulling litigation and litigation in the sense that okay the health ministry does not have the remit to do this and a couple other grounds that I am not sure what they are looking like.
