The second thing is if you aren't getting enough sleep to try to get a little bit moreSleep deprivation derails all of the neurological processes that make it easier to have willpower and to use your willpower. And the third thing I would say is if you know what your goal is, there's something you're trying to change or there's a goal that you're pursuing.
