The Impossible to Get Any Official Answers to the Buster Crab Incident
Lionel Crab, Britain's most celebrated diver vanished one morning while doing some mysterious dive. Only two or three percent of all documents make it from Whitehall to the National Archives. That means that 97 percent of all official documents are never seen by the public. Even documents that do survive often end up being filed in the wrong place. This group has been told there's an elite group at the center of Whitehall whose task is to conceal information from people like us.
