Kaizen, the Continuous Improvement

Shrinivasan: I started thinking about similar problems five years ago, although not with the same level of rigor and thoughtfulness that you have. But a friend and I started working on like a, I guess, I was scratching my own itch. The working name was Kaizen, the constant improvement. One of the concepts out of the Toyota production system, but basically you would input a couple of actionable insights from nonfiction books you'd read. And then it would sort of message them back to you periodically.
