Judgment and Judgement Belong to God, Not to Us
The point of jesus teaching here is not that we should not make moral judg but that we shouldn't play the judge. Vengeance and judgment in their final forms, belong to god, not to us. And there's a high lighting of hypocrisy here as well. It's emphasized that the person who is judging is guilty of the same things that they are judging in others.
