Automated Testing in the Life Sciences of Industry
Hugo does a great job of showing how this can be incorporated into test that framework, which again is very familiar to the package authors for building automated testing in their apps. And then Hugo concludes with how yes, automation is huge for us to make sure our packages are not having regressions and they fit say, cran check requirements but nothing beats peer review as well. Getting a set of eyes, especially from subject matter experts on the methodology will pay huge dividends.
