Sometimes, especially if you're having a tough day or a tough series of days, there are certainly some of our listeners who actually suffer from seasonal affective disorder. Sometimes different times of year require different workflows and processes and systems. And that can also be a different scheduling for your day. So I think combining the idea of pacing into my day and thinking about the effect of the pretend mission on that is a really powerful combination to help me just sort of be aware of what it is that I'm doing"
