We've all developed meditative habits, and it's very easy just to get into the groove of how we practise. Relaxation is an important component of concentration. But if weare not attentive, relaxation can become a casual way of practicend i call this state of more or less mindful. We're not fully there. So we want to look at the quality of our attention,. Youno an really see, you know, am i going along more or less paying attention? This has a very powerful effect on the practice.
