The Disadvantages of Full Reserve Banks
The idea is not that every single dollar has to be in the bank all the time. What you're merely saying is that there's a difference between demand deposits where you can come and get your money anytime. Under full reserve, it does not have to back up those other debts. And so similarly, a bank also should work on the same principles as Bitcoin.
