The last 100 centimeters of the terminal LDM is where bioacid receptors are. If someone has an ileo-resection of less than 100 centimeters, they likely may have a bioacid mediated diarrhea that would respond to a bioacid binder. She's had anti-diarrheals, as we mentioned, and she's all anti-reotide for her neuroendocrine tumor with this alternative medication. We don't think she has metastatic disease though. At least it doesn't sound like it.
