Joseph Mumfrey and the Axeman

Esther Pepperton claimed to have seen two men that night one of them was Joseph Mumfrey but she'd never told the police that before. They decided to look into Joseph Mumfrey a little bit more and they found that he had a lengthy criminal record. The times when he was out of prison seemed to perfectly line up with the Axeman killings. But like I said he had a very lengthy criminal record he was in this gang he was in and out of prison all his adult life.
