Revelation 22:17

It's clear that once you're dead at a certain amount of time, the blood and water separated. What he's saying is that he actually is dead. I'm simply asking, is there something more for me to see here? And it leads me on to Revelation 22. Verse 17: "Let the one who desires, take the water of life without price"
