Diana Hill, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, international trainer, and a leading expert on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion. She is the host of the Wise Effort podcast and author of four books including The Self-Compassion Daily Journal, ACT Daily Journal, her latest I Know I Should Exercise, But..., and Wise Effort (forthcoming Fall 2025).
